    Job Description

    POSITION SUMMARY:  

    The Customer Solutions Associate will be the primary point of contact within Chromalloy San Diego and will communicate with key customers by interfacing and reviewing to ensure contractual obligations are met.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS   

    • Contact management of customer accounts through an in depth understanding of Chromalloy and customer obligations. Responsible to ensure compliance to our customer contractual obligations.
    • Support customer needs through status reports, frequent phone / email communication, management of unique account requirements and ensuring advocacy and resourcefulness with regards to customer inquiries
    • Communicating contractual obligations to production and leadership teams as it relates to business processes.
    • Assume lead roles in handling/researching difficult issues and problems in day-to-day customer inquiries, communication, parts repair status reports and other business transactions as it relates to customer accounts
    • Create price quotations for customers by coordinating with leadership and SME's.   
    • Drive the escape / crisis management process with timely communication when delivery or quality issues impact customers.
    • Provide consistent communications, internally and externally, by utilizing Customer Solutions' best practices.
    • Identify process and procedure improvements necessary to increase efficiencies and the customer experience.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:  

    • Bachelor degree or five years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Minimum of 3 years of Gas Turbine experience or knowledge base.
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in a Customer Service role. 
    • Experience in regulated industry such as aerospace Sales, Business Development or Customer Management experience, preferred.
