    Job Description

    ** Summary:** __ The purpose of this position is to update and maintain market based pricing and EBITDA optimization by continuously monitoring market trends and provide market and repair pricing analytics, business insights and reporting for internal end-users.

    ** Duties and Responsibilities:**

    • Analyze company pricing across a range of dimensions including market segment (age generation), OEM and aftermarket, product categories, customer and part number.
    • Support the development and maintenance of company pricing catalogues and market pricing database; conduct comprehensive periodic pricing reviews
    • Establish Pricing Council cadence and content of meetings and reviews; share market intelligence and ensure offerings are market-conform
    • Provide actionable insights to drive an increase in overall company profitability.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain Fair Market Value & material-availability in the market
    • Collect competitive intel to improve and continuously feed our competitive landscape
    • Effectively communicate analysis and opportunities to executive management and business development teams.
    • Monitor scrap rate & yield trends Chromalloy vs competition
    • Continuously monitor competition’s change in capabilities (new repair caps, catalogs)
    • Analyze dual capability within the company
    • Outline mandatory repairs vs optional repairs to understand ‘like-for-like’ offerings
    • Maintain average repair pricing for valuating future bids / SSOs
    • Build solid foundation for Aftermarket’ sales tools to quickly respond to market opportunities
    • Assist Finance/Controllers with monitoring cost & qty from CFIn
    • Support Engine Platform managers determining Chromalloy share by engine/customer & optimizing engine portfolio
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    ** Requirements:**

    Education: BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics

    Experience: Relevant experience in Commercial Aviation is a plus.

    ** Skills:** __

    • Demonstrated analytics skill set with ability to segment and analyze large data sets and provide concise reporting including use of charts and graphs.
    • Ability to work independently, and proactively to develop solutions with minimal guidance; an individual who is able to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated.
    • Extensive computer experience using MS Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office products.
    • Working knowledge of database and data warehouse products and applications.
    • A relentless and versatile learner who is open to change and enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong understanding of both financial and operational processes.
