    Job Description

    The Site Finance Manager is responsible for all aspects of the financial management of the site, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. They also work closely with the regional finance director to achieve region and company targets.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures, as well as experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. They should also be able to lead and develop a team, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage all accounting and financial activities: This includes a wide range of tasks, such as cost accounting, AP, AR, Capex, Inventory, audit support, tax support, and risk management.
    • Lead the site month-end close: This involves ensuring that all financial transactions are processed and recorded accurately, and that the balance sheet is reconciled.
    • Provide financial deliverables to the corporate office: This includes reports such as the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, monthly estimates, and variance analysis.
    • Lead financial planning and forecasting: Prepare the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and monthly estimate.
    • Manage cash flow: Prepare the site for 13 weeks cash flow.
    • Collaborate with regional finance director: Work closely with the regional finance director to achieve region and company targets.
    • Ensure financial accuracy and compliance: Implement, document, and maintain accounting processes and internal controls; comply with government reporting requirements and tax filings.
    • Provide valuable financial insights: Work with site partners to provide value-added analysis and decision support; prepare and review weekly/monthly reports to identify drivers of variances and provide insightful explanations; participate in company-wide performance excellence projects.
    • Manage and develop the finance team: Provide direction to the finance team regarding procedures and systems; supervise, hire, train, coach, develop, and retain site finance personnel.

    Qualifications

    If you have a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Economics along with at least 5 years of related experience in a finance management role and 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment , then joining Chromalloy is a great career move! In addition to your education & experience, as a team player you will also have the following skills:

    • Financial expertise: Demonstrated financial analysis and modeling expertise, strong understanding of accounting, and CMA, CPA, or MBA preferred.
    • Data skills: Experience working with and extracting data from ERP systems, and experience with SQL and consolidation software is a plus. Consolidation software experience with Hyperion, HFM, and Hyperion Planning preferred.
    • Computer skills: Extensive computer experience using MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and other MS Office products. Experience working with and extracting data from ERP systems.
    • Work skills: Demonstrated ability to work independently or in a team environment, and to proactively develop solutions with minimal guidance. A relentless and versatile learner who is open to change and enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks.

    Hiring range: $118,700-$155,820
