  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    JOB SCOPE:  The incumbent will inspect parts using NDT techniques and the interpret results per Chromalloy requirements. 

    THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB ARE:

    • Set up and perform NDT test procedures.
    • Conduct NDT and FPI on component repair parts.  
    • Interpret specifications relative to NDT testing and acceptance/rejection criteria.
    • Responsible for writing rework procedure when parts are nonconforming.
    • Regular and punctual attendance.
    • Follow all Quality and EHS requirements.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Must have passed a Level II certification test in one or more NDT disciplines in use at the company and have previously performed as an NDT Technician.
    • Must have a High School education or equivalent in addition to 1 year of specific and related experience. 
    • Must be able to work first or second shift.
    • Local candidate preferred.
