  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    The Customer Solutions Intern will support the Customer Solutions team with a variety of activities. 

    JOB DUTIES  

    • Support team and customer needs through status reports, frequent phone / email communication, assist with unique account requirements and collaborate with Operations personnel to close customer inquiries and issues.
    • Communicating contractual obligations to production and leadership teams as it relates to business processes.
    • Communicate parts repair status reports and other business transactions as it relates to customer accounts.
    • Provide consistent communications, internally and externally, by utilizing Customer Solutions' best practices.
    • Draft price quotations for customers by coordinating with leadership and SME's.   
    • Identify process and procedure improvements necessary to increase efficiencies and the customer experience.

    Bachelor’s Degree in relevant area (preferred) or Junior/Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree (required).
