  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBIITIES:

    • Participate in the design, development and testing of new and existing products and equipment.  Assist in the preventive and predictive maintenance systems, reliability centered maintenance and computerized maintenance management systems
    • Perform reliability support, investigations, studies of molding, automation, robotic systems and operations
    • Assist in providing leadership in workplace safety issues
    • Participate in timely completion of engineer projects within the budget provided
    • Measure and track key process information used to direct resources (O.E.E., downtime, etc)
    • Ensure the transfer of information to appropriate shift and plant wide personnel
    • Provide analysis and recommendations for equipment repair and maintenance projects
    • Contribute to team effort by performing related tasks as needed to assist in financial goals

    QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

    • Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field of study preferred. 
    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. 
    • Knowledge or willing to learn and apply the ITW Toolbox.
