    What Rockwell Needs from You

    Under the direction of a Product Manager the Student Employee will assist our Product Management team members to bring world class Human Machine Interface (HMI) and Industrial Computer products to market. Day-to-day responsibilities may include but are not limited to: product application setup, testing and performance benchmarking, product life cycle management, product requirement definition, customer collateral creation, product demonstrations, sales performance reporting. This position interacts frequently with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, third party partners and other Rockwell product groups.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Must be pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited college or university
    • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75
    • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Ideally you will be pursuing a BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; others may apply
    • The role is based in our Milwaukee, WI HQ location, but on occasion you may be able to work remotely. Therefore, you must be able complete assignments remotely, per manager discretion.
    • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
    • Dependable, self-motivated, and engaged learner
    • Previous work experience with computers or Human Machine Interface (HMI) terminals
    • Previous work experience on a Product Management team
    • Familiarity with Power BI reporting tools
