    PICASSO Operations Specialist Location(s): United States of America City/Cities: Atlanta Travel Required: Relocation Provided: Job Posting End Date: Shift: Position Overview: The Picasso Operations Specialist will perform activities to support the global operations of the Oracle PLM for Process system (internally called Picasso) focusing on the Formula and Ingredients specification module. The specialist will operate the system, provide end user assistance and maintain related reference documentation and training materials. They will assist with the definition and testing of Operational Changes and Enhancements to the software and testing of new Releases. This position will also use Business Objects and other BI tools to produce reports and extracts from the Picasso system and contribute to defining analytics on the data. This position will be within the Technical Platform Operations team within the Global Technical Data Intelligence function of The Coca-Cola Company. Function Specific Activities: KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: * Become proficient with the Oracle PLM for Process application, internally called Picasso. * Work with the Operations Manager to assist the global users of the application including preparing and sending communications, training, and reference materials. * Work with the Operations Manager and other team members to track software incidents related to the system and communicate the status to the user community.

    • Document needed Operational Changes and Enhancements and assist the Business requestor with developing the business case to support the need for these changes. * Prepare and document test cases for software changes. * Execute Test Cases and document results. * Update reference data within the system upon request of key business users. * Produce Business Object/BI reports on the data. * Perform other data analysis and reporting assignments as requested. * Assist with opportunities to leverage the data in the system. TECHNICAL SKILLS: * General Computer Skills: Strong Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint * Ability to learn business intelligence tools such as Business Objects, MicroStrategy, Oracle BI Publisher, MS Power BI or Tableau to extract, prepare, display and analyze data from Picasso; * Ability to learn tools for transforming data such as Alteryx. * Awareness of and an ability to learn other office applications - MS SharePoint, MS Project, Visio, Mind Manager and other desktop software that can help manipulate, prepare, analyze and present data * Understanding of the overall business processes of a Consumer Goods Company * Understanding of Food Science and Nutritional concepts * Understanding of Food Safety concepts * Attention to detail and accuracy SOFT SKILLS: * High Level of Maturity;
    • A high respect for Data Confidentiality and Protection; * Task planning and prioritization skills and experience; * Ability to collaborate with people to understand requirements, issues, and needs; * Ability to author documentation; * Ability to present concepts at both team and executive levels; * Effective communication & presentation skills. RELATED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS: * Preference for candidate with strong data analytical skills and experience. * Preference for candidate who has previously worked with food/nutritional analysis in a Corporate and/or Academic Environment. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: * Required: Bachelors Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Consumer Foods, Data Analytics, Applied Statistics, Applied Math, or Related Quantitative Discipline. * Evidence of high motivation high GPA, Extra-curricular activities, Work experience, etc. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
