    We are looking for Sophomore and Junior college students to join GE Appliances, a Haier Company (GEA). The GE Appliances Sales Enablement team creates tools and processes for selling success and functional learning. This intern position will be an integral part of the sales enablement team by creating training content including videos and standard operating procedure documents, and other sales support special projects. This position may be located in Louisville, KY or remote, and is a year-long internship opportunity.

    How You'll Create Possibilities

    • Develop course materials such as facilitator and participant guides as well as performance support tools, such as eLearning and videos.
    • Develop training and SOP documents for sales tools including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform SalesForce.com.
    • Completes special projects and assignments as assigned by Sales Effectiveness Director
    • Conduct needs assessment for training content.

    What You'll Bring to Our Team

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree or better in business, education, sales, marketing or similar degree program
    • December 2024 or later graduation date
    • Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
    • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States now and in the future. GE Appliances will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
    • Ability to work approximately 20 hours per week throughout school year and 40 hours per week over summer during normal business hours (Mon. - Fri. 8:00am - 5:00pm)
    • Due to year-round nature of position, candidate must be attending school in local area.
    • Strong organizational skills with the demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
    • Have excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral communication skills, ability to meet deadlines, is reliable & able to maintain high attendance standards.
