Human Resources Intern (Pageland, SC) -Job Details Level Entry Job Location Pageland - Bypass - Pageland, SC Position Type Internship Job Shift Day Job Category Entry Level Description OBJECTIVE: Ability to learn and create job descriptions, career paths and training records using PayCom software. PROJECT OUTLINE/SCOPE: -Create job descriptions for all Bypass positions and upload to Paycom database. -Create training sessions in PayCom using existing training materials while working with supervisors and managers to create training content. -Create "training records" for each employee at the Bypass. -Build career paths for each department. Qualifications -Must be working toward a Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology. -Must have excellent attendance and have the ability to find solutions independently. -Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated. -Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. -Must have excellent organizational skills. -Needs to have strong communication skills -Must be open to feedback regarding performance. -Strong Microsoft Office skills.
