    Intern, Financial Systems - RPA Victor, New York/en-US/CBI_External_Careers/job/Victor-New-York/Intern--Financial-Systems---RPA_R-09856/apply Job Description Position Summary The Intern, Financial Systems - RPA position requires a creative problem solver to develop automated solutions for a global organization. Responsibilities include development, support, implementation, and scaling of process automation in a high paced enterprise environment. Additional responsibilities will include oversight and maintenance of multiple environments, application infrastructure, and product upgrades. The position will also support process candidate intake, implementation, compliance and business unit support as well as RPA education, training, and evangelization to the broader organization. Responsibilities * Design, development, implementation, and configuration of new processes in Blue Prism in accordance to internal standards and principles. * Identifies process and technology optimization opportunities (e.g., elimination or process steps; use of an application interface vs. a user screen). * Analyzes, assesses, and clearly documents requirements, exception handling and metrics to facilitate RPA implementation, testing and support. * Implementation or configuration of changes, enhancements to existing automation. * Working closely with business units to identify processes to automate using technology. * Responsible for new process intake analysis, review and documentation. * Comprehension and documentation of compliance to the CBI risk management framework (controls, policies, procedures) applicable to business, financial, & IT. * Collaboration with the rest of the RPA team and business units to coordinate and plan for testing, go-live, support and remediation. * Collection, capture, and communication of metrics, risks, updates and status with the RPA team and stakeholders. * Day to day bot monitoring; react to problems in the environment and resolve them. * Participates in investigation and remediation of issues as required. * Evangelizes and demos the RPA technology to bolster internal awareness and utilization. * Challenge the status quo, favor simple and highly impactful solutions. Minimum Qualifications * Pursuing education in one of the following areas; finance/data/accounting/analytics/IT * Team player, flexible, and outcome focused * Strong self-direction and initiative; willingness to take complete ownership over projects and tasks * Effective communication skills both oral and written * Committed to finding solutions to challenges and enjoys creative problem solving * Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple activities in a very dynamic, changing environment * Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to influence at all levels and geographic locations; awareness of cultural differences Preferred Qualifications * Familiarity with Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tools (e.g. Blue Prism) * Advanced MS Excel skills, well versed in writing macros * Experience in global business services or shared service environment preferred * Demonstrated experience managing exceptions and providing support in fast paced transactional processes. * User level skills in JDE, Hyperion, SAP/BW ADA Physical/Mental/Workplace Requirements * Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. * Sitting, working at desk/personal computer for extended periods of time * Primary work environment is professional corporate office Flexible work hours available in this position.
