Intern, Wine Tech Canandaigua, New York/en-US/CBI_External_Careers/job/Canandaigua-New-York/Intern--Wine-Tech_JR_FY19_Interns_0001/apply Job Description Position Summary * Develop/Improve the database to capture and track beverage stability test results * Pull samples at the required time point * Arrange for sensory testing with winemaking and R&D panelists * Have the samples analyzed for chemical markers that are indicative of beverage aging * Work with Product Development teams to review the incoming flavor database * Use the database to identify stored samples that need to be disposed of * Update the inventory of existing flavors and organize by flavor type * Enology/Viticulture Project Preferred Qualifications * Basic winemaking knowledge to evaluate the beverage stability test results and fermentation trials * Proficient with Exel® database applications * Good written and verbal communication skills Physical Requirements/Work Environment Must be at least 21 years of age.
