    This Contract position may require up to 25% travel.

    Position Summary

    The UX Researcher in the RRD Research Department will conduct User Research and Market Research studies utilizing a variety of methodologies, for a variety of clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead all aspects of research studies, such as usability testing, iterative testing, workflow research, persona research, IDIs, CJM, JTBD, ethnography, in-store research, survey research and more
    • Exceed client expectations by delivering high quality deliverables on time and on budget
    • Contribute to department innovation and growth
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of leading and delivering client-side or agency research engagements
    • Extensive knowledge of research, UX and CX methodologies and approaches
    • Advanced ability to interface directly with clients and present research results
    • Advanced-level client-interaction, facilitation and reporting skills
    • Prior experience with eye tracking or other neuroscience techniques a plus
    • Prior experience with in-store research, ethnography, in-lab research, marketing/communications research (direct mail, email, billboard, etc.), competitor and quantitative research a plus
    • Bachelor’s degree in the area of Market Research, User Research, User Experience, HCI, Psychology, or similar; Master’s degree preferred
    • Passion and dedication to building better customer experiences

    Additional Information

    The rate of pay for this role is $50-$80/hour.
