Job Description
Fortune Brands Innovation, parent company of Moen, the #1 faucet brand in North America (along with other notable brands), is seeking a Creative Project Manager for its successful In-House Creative Team.
The In-House Creative Team is made up of wildly-talented graphic designers, and a designer-adjacent team who manage the workflow, reporting and processes. Since 2019, the team has quickly established itself as a valuable resource to many arms of the business, creating everything from packaging and point-of-purchase art to trade show graphics, collateral and event theme/branding.
The Creative Project Manager will oversee multiple projects across different groups with the Creative X Team. You will be delegating tasks, assigning resources, creating and managing timelines, routing artwork to stakeholders, communicating feedback, and ensuring the team has everything they need to complete the work. You will work cross-functionally with various stakeholders for reviews and approvals. You will work in the project management and workflow tool (web-based platform, Lytho). Must be extremely detail-oriented, have strong organizational and communication skills.
Creative Project Management is a new “arm” of Creative X and will need the Creative Project Manager to step in to build, ideate and nurture its success. The Creative Project manager will have one direct report, the Associate Creative Project Manager.

Additional Information:
Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $80,000 USD - $126,500 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
