work with the site operations to develop a high-performing team
committed to meeting the needs of our customer, our company and our
people. Key Responsibilities * Operate to the Crescent Way promoting the
3Ps: Purpose, Process and People. * Take a non-paint by numbers approach
to engaging Crescent's PEOPLE. * Implement and use/ monitor the S.T.A.R.
Process (Selection, Training, Assessment and Recognition) for all site
specific Crescent personnel. * Monitor the staffing requirements for the
site and initiate the necessary selection process to meet all site
staffing needs, including targeted FTE/Temp ratios. * Champion and
monitor Crescents Wellbeing and Safety Program. * Ensure Crescents
people data (Selection, Training, Assessment, Recognition) is
current/accurate and all related systems are updated. * Partner with
On-Site Temp agency to ensure 100% fulfillment of temp hourly workers.
Performs monthly SLA review. * Conduct the Crescent
Orientation/On-boarding process with all new hires and promoted People.
- Manage and monitor Crescents site specific PEOPLE performance. *
Monitor the pulse of Crescent PEOPLE and implement Crescents Recognition
program. * Manage Site level benefits administration. * Complete
unemployment and verification documents. * Champion the Crescent Culture
of Doing it Right, Doing it Safe and Doing it Well and abide by all
written and understood procedures and policies. Manage Site level
compliance (Federal, State, Local) * All other duties as assigned,
including but not limited to the identification and training of an
individual capable of successfully completing all stated Key
