Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift, $14.00 CURT Group 4 reviews - Phoenix, AZ Job Description Summary: This position provides warehouse support and customer service. Warehouse associates work as a team or independently to provide receiving, warehousing, and order fulfillment services. This position will report directly to the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor. Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate will consist of, but are not limited to, the following: * Loads and unloads all incoming/outgoing freight from common carriers, delivery trucks, etc. * Notates damage and piece counts * Processes customer orders and packages for shipping * Verifies receipts against purchase orders * Stocks all goods in appropriate in-bin locations * Assists in physical inventories * Processes customer returns on a daily basis * Ensures product is stocked and stored in correct locations * May operate some warehouse equipment: forklift, picker, radio frequency scanner, etc. * Keeps work area clean at all times * All other duties as assigned Competencies: * Customer Focus * Decision Quality * Results, Action Oriented * Displaying Technical Expertise * Time Management Requirements: * Work Experience: No experience required
