RRD has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Account Coordinator in our Houston, TX facility!!
TYPICAL HOURS: M-F from 8am - 5pm
LOCATION: 6315 W by NW Blvd
Position Summary
The goal of the position is to support the Customer Service Manager and thereby provide the customer with a level of service and support which meets customer requirements and expectations. He/She will maintain positive customer relations through active engagement of the customer through all stages of the manufacturing process from initial contact through final disposition of the customer's product.

RRD's current salary range for this role is $48,000 to $70,100/ year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
