Customer Success Representative (RK)
This job will be located in the CH HQ office.
Job Description:
The Customer Success Representative is responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining a positive customer experience with KEYENCE’s software products. They act as the true bridge between our Sales Team and our Support team while fostering healthy working relationships with our customers. A strong candidate for this role can build and maintain strong relationships, implement new programs to increase revenue potential, and establish methods to minimize customer churn rates.
