Job Description
As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be essential to driving the growth of our school book fairs and book clubs. Literati leverages a unique blend of product-led growth, performance marketing, and organic channels. If you’re obsessed with puzzling out the best tactics and messaging to get customers engaging with products and then subscribing, come drive our marketing strategy and execution.
To be equitable to all Literatians, we have set compensation and a non-negotiation policy- we don't think a person’s pay should be determined by how comfortable they are negotiating. As a result, we like to be up-front about the compensation. When we make an offer, we provide options so that employees can choose between compensation packages that prioritize salary or equity. The salary band for this role will be between $115,000 - $125,000.
