Specialist, Learning Experience We are seeking a Learning Experience Specialist in Everett, WA to support the global design, vendor management, communication, technology and curation of our learning experiences across the organization. This role is based in Everett but the work reaches the entire global company with the ultimate goal of driving performance and growth through an enhanced, modern approach to global talent development. RESPONSIBILITIES: In this role you will: * Design and sustain global learning experiences including performance support, in-person learning, virtual learning and asynchronous learning. * Design digital learning content to support the digital learning strategy for the corporation. * Support the vendor and content management strategy to ensure globally relevant content and learning experiences to all employees. * Lead the learning translation strategy for the corporation. * Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and other systems as appropriate. * Bachelors degree required. Degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development/Design, Organizational Behavior, Instructional Systems or Training Design & Development, MLS strongly preferred. * 3+ years Talent Development experience. * Experience developing and sustaining learning solutions in a global environment. * Experience curating learning content. (preferably experience with Learning Experience Platforms such as Degreed or Pathgather) * Strong project management skills. * Experience designing digital learning (Learning Experience platforms, mLearning), and all other forms of learning. (classroom, one-one-one, virtual, e-Learning) * Excellent interpersonal, influence, facilitation and consulting skills.
