Summer Intern - Quality Assurance This fulltime temporary internship
position for the summer months (end of May - August 2018) will, under
the direct supervision and mentoring of the Quality Manager, follow
established procedures to assist with the following: Coordinate with QA
to implement a certifications system to reduce the response time to
customers and reduce administrative waste in responses. Perform various
duties to assist with and coordinate the Certifications Project,
including, but not limited to: * Develop templates from current
documents to produce a new process * Data entry * Gain required sign-off
- Integrate SAP Business System * Prepare training documents * Train
associates to produce certificates Pay for the position starts at
$15.00/hr. The successful candidate must: * be actively working towards
a BS Degree or MS Degree in an Engineering, Science, or Information
Technology disciplines. * be in good standing with the University. *
have attention to detail. * possesses exemplary communication skills,
written and verbal. * be proficient in Microsoft Office products,
especially Excel and PowerPoint. Preference will be given to candidates
with a GPA of 2.5 or greater. GENERAL STATEMENTS: 1. This description
