Human Resources Coordinator * Create HR documents including offer letters, new hire forms, promotion letters, internal transfer forms and updates to the system as required * Manage pre-employment process. Track background and drug screen completion, and be the liaison between the company and the candidate * Create HR documents including offer letters, new hire forms, promotion letters, internal transfer forms and updates to the system as required * Complete new hire paperwork and conduct benefit meetings with new hires * Schedule interviews for non-exempt and exempt level positions, send calendar updates to interview team, schedule travel for candidates * Manage non-exempt candidate flow through our applicant tracking system, Taleo * LOA & FMLA tracking * Track and maintain required training, personnel and site documents and associated filing systems. * Act as a front-line general employee information resource, answering prospective, current and past employee questions and responding to concerns with high level of customer service and confidentiality * Participate in the planning and execution of employee functions and events * Assist Training Specialist by scheduling training for production and operations associates; manage training database and audit training records **Minimum Qualifications: ** * 1-3 years experience in human resources or related field * High school diploma **Preferred Qualifications: ** * Bachelors degree (Business, human resources, communications, marketing or related field preferred) * HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, etc.) * Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook **Primary Location: **North America-United States-AZ-Chandler **Work Locations: ** **Job: **Human Resources **Organization: **Tektronix, Inc. **Schedule: **Full-time
