    Trade Show and Event Coordinator **POSITION SUMMARY: ** The Tradeshow

    & Event Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the coordination and facilitation of Company products at industry trade shows. Additionally, this role is responsible for assisting with coordination and facilitation of Sales & Marketing events on and off site. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist with Coordination of tradeshow logistics including show & booth selection, services, layout, ordering equipment, staffing, hotels and all other related functions. * Attend some major & specialty tradeshows and assist with the coordination of set-up & teardown of booth and equipment with trade show labor lead. * Propose and implement money-saving policies related to tradeshow activities. Assist in managing small and large tradeshow equipment inventory for all brands. * Coordinate Freight in and out of tradeshows. * Coordinate staging of equipment for shipment to shows with shipping department. Lead generation and reporting to Marketing and Sales. * Event coordination of Special events such as Dealer Meeting, Commercial Team Meetings and some educational events. * Other projects, events, and duties as assigned **RELATIONSHIPS: ** Internal: * Interact frequently with other members of the Sales Team, Marketing Team, Product Managers, Business Development Managers, Customer Care, Leadership Staff, and other employees across the Danaher Business. External: * Frequent interaction with vendors, customers, potential customers, doctors, and professionals in the dental industry **QUALIFICATIONS: ** The Tradeshow & Event Coordinator must be highly organized, detail oriented leader. This role is highly visible and heavily relied on in the organization. The Tradeshow & Event Coordinator must multitask on a variety of projects and ensure that execution of projects is seamless. This role may require working with short deadlines for planning, demanding tradeshow events, and interfacing with sales representative and doctors across the industry. A successful candidate will have superior administrative and interpersonal skills. Minimum Requirements: Associates Degree 1+ year of experience in event planning or marketing experience.
