• Rack, build, cable, configure, and provision Intel and AMD servers
• Rack, cable, and deploy Cisco Layer 2 networking equipment
• Troubleshoot, test, quality assurance of server hardware
• Professionally resolve hardware issues via trouble ticket
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems with basic network and operating system installations and configurations.
• Monitor and assist our automated provisioning system for new server orders
• Monitor and escalate issues with customer’s servers as necessary

Required Skills Required Experience

• Operating System Installation - Windows Server, Linux, Unix
• Rack, cable, and deploy Cisco Layer 2 networking equipment
• Moderate knowledge of PC hardware concepts and component installation.
• Basic knowledge of various internet-related services and software (mail, web, DNS, etc).
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• General understanding of computer networking concepts.
• Customer focused attitude with some previous customer service experience.
• Network wiring/cabling experience a plus.

• MBA a plus.
• Senior Level marketer with 10+ years marketing experience.
• Ideal candidate will have client and agency/consulting experience focused on direct response marketing
• A strong understanding of core direct marketing channels including Direct Mail, Search, Social, Display, and integrated channel strategy development
• Experience in Direct Mail channel a plus.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.  Experience preparing presentations for clients and internal discussions.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint.
• up to 15% travel required
