Qualifications
Qualifications
We require…
1-2 years of experience in apparel design and development
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and XD
Bachelor’s Degree in Product Development or Design
Ability to coordinate and to have direct responsibility over a specific set of tasks related to intimate apparel design and development
Collaboration – ability to work cohesively with a diverse group of people with varying ideas and opinions, builds relationships across teams, is open and responsive to feedback from internal and external partners, contributes to a supportive environment of teamwork and positive morale
Planning and organizing – approaches responsibilities with a problem-solving mindset, is self-motivated to develop and execute plans, balances evolving priorities, commits to timelines, uses time effectively to deliver daily tasks as well as longer term goals
Dependability – goal-oriented and highly organized with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, takes direction well from others, is punctual and reliable, takes initiative to anticipate and support the team as well as companywide goals
