We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented college student to join our team for the summer of 2023. The Carrier internship experience offers interns an environment that provides practical, challenging, and meaningful on-the-job work experience, and the opportunity to apply knowledge and demonstrate strengths in efforts to assist Carrier in achieving its business strategy.
As a Digital Product Management Intern focused on building sustainability with the Digital Foundry team, you will gain experience to include, but not limited to activities and tasks listed below:
Perform market research and customer understanding of building owner, facilities management, and occupant perceptions, pain points, and needs related to health, safety, and sustainability
Evaluate new features in collaboration with business stakeholders, design, engineering, and commercial teams
Gather stakeholder and customer feedback to inform roadmap creation
Develop a technical understanding of the platform stack to understand the feasibility and level of effort
Focus on Energy and Sustainability use cases
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Passion for sustainability in the built environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent writer
Self-driven and proactive
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects
EDUCATION
Must be currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree program, majoring in Environmental Studies, Architecture, Computer Science, or related fields of study.
GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0.
Relevant coursework or previous internships preferred.
Flexibility and mobility to be located in either West Palm Beach, Florida, or Atlanta, GA locations.
