We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented college student to join our team for the summer of 2023. The Carrier internship experience offers interns an environment that provides practical, challenging, and meaningful on-the-job work experience, and the opportunity to apply knowledge and demonstrate strengths in efforts to assist Carrier in achieving its business strategy.

As a Digital Program Management Intern you will gain experience including, but not limited to activities and tasks listed below:

• Assemble Digital leadership programming to foster disruption mindset and lead with digital trends.

• Curate high-touch Digital programming and presentations for Executive Leadership Team based on key strategic priorities and investments.

• Manage measurement and reporting out of tactical and strategic KPIs related to delivery, platform adoption and business value.

• Drive operational excellence of design and development practices, templates, tools; find opportunities for synergies and improved efficiencies.

• Collaborate with vendor partners to ensure timely delivery of program that meets strategic objectives and falls within budget.

• Implement KPIs and dashboard to ensure ROI, program utilization, and clear alignment to strategic goals of closing immediate and long-term skill gaps.

• Lead the development and coordination of communications relevant to both global Digital and Carrier-wide audiences.

• Advance learning innovation and use of modernized and relevant learning modalities, including virtual, mobile, on-demand, etc.

• Analyze strategic priorities to design and develop global learning experiences, including instructor-led and self-directed on-demand learning content.

• Exceptional project management skills on complex and evolving work

• Ability to develop and translate strategic goals into actionable programs that balance the evolving priorities of the organization

• Ability to be an evangelist for new processes and technology to our users and be a champion of best practices as it aligns to organizational goals

EDUCATION:

• Pursuing Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree program, majoring in Information Systems or related business or IT field of study

• GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0.

• Relevant coursework or previous internships preferred.
