    Position: Digital Solution Analyst - Finance

    Be inspired to innovate our business with digital solutions. As a solution analyst, you will facilitate and serve as the digital representative for managing demand and requests that come from our business stakeholders within our finance space. You will pro-actively serve as the trusted business partner and function as the primary contact for these demand requests.

    To be successful in this role you must be able to communicate clearly and often, collaborate, multi-task, negotiate, listen, mitigate conflict, and translate business needs and requirements into solutions.

    Role & Responsibility

    • Digital partner to the finance business team to assist with achieving their digital goals and objectives
    • Analyze business issues and business requests from a process and solution perspective to drive improvements and efficiencies
    • Design and implement standard processes within the supporting business functions
    • Participate/Lead Solution management meetings together with key users
    • Work closely with the business team to identify and manage their digital priorities
    • Facilitate operational efficiency, improve organizational communication and overall customer service
    • Train master users on new and existing processes
    • Complete projects outside of the finance scope as assigned by your manager
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and global business stakeholders
    • Ability to articulate the business requirements and needs to the development team
    • Lead or participate in the fit gap analysis of existing processes
    • Identify, define and document detailed product requirements and use cases

    Job Requirement

    • Education required: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or Management Information Systems and/or relevant experience implementing business process change
    • Prior ERP experience is recommended, specifically SAP
    • Prior Agile methodology and principal knowledge
    • Experience required: 1-5+ years

    • Ability to develop test conditions and expected results based on the application requirements
    • Ability to identify and review project deliverables for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards
