About this role

With Carrier amid a massive Digital Transformation, we're focused on spearheading new digital technologies, products, and ways of working across our enterprise. This position will give the opportunity to join a growing team in supporting high-level strategic and operational planning for our Digital organization as we think about what is next for our organization, short and long term.

Key Responsibilities

• Curate high-touch Digital programming and presentations for Digital leadership based on key strategic priorities and investments.

• Manage measurement and reporting out of tactical and strategic KPIs related to delivery, platform adoption, and business value.

• Collaborate with vendor partners to ensure timely delivery of a program that meets strategic objectives and falls within budget.

• Implement KPIs and dashboards to ensure ROI, program utilization, and clear alignment to strategic goals of closing immediate and long-term skill gaps.

• Analyze and translate strategic goals into actionable items and projects (road mapping, strategy sessions, etc.)

Required Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field

• 3.0 or higher GPA

• Applicant must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to digital or technology environments with an interest in cutting-edge digital trends

• Excellent communication and presentation skills - the ability to engage with teams across all levels of organization (exec. stakeholders/ business leaders)

• Strong MS Office skills - PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
