We are looking for a Recruiter Responsibilities * Be part of an energetic team, creating gourmet products served to thousands of passengers daily, on the World?s best International Airlines * High volume recruitment of motivated new employees (write/adapt ads, place ads in different mediums, screen incoming resumes, conduct interviews, assess applicants, coordinate and schedule 2nd interviews and trial days) * Attract applicants using a variety of tools (newspapers, online platforms, libraries, community centers, etc) * Organize different recruitment events (open houses, partner with workforce agencies/colleges/culinary schools, and attend career fairs, etc) * Regularly research new and innovative ways to attract talented applicants * Support with onboarding of new hires (supporting with drafting offer letters, issuing of new hire paperwork, etc) * Updating applicant tracking system * Create regular reports for management (recruitment needs and progress reports) Qualifications * Min. 3 years? experience recruiting for different levels and positions (hospitality, service or manufacturing industries preferred) * College degree (major in HR, Psychology, Business or Law preferred) * Work experience within a 200+ employee environment in a high end industry * Knowledge of federal, state and local labor laws and regulations * Excellent MS Office skills a must, experience with applicant tracker systems beneficial * Ability to multi-task, work well in a fast paced environment * Ability to work well in a team as well as independently * Passion for working within an international team * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally, with people in different functions and levels * Hands on mentality, self-driven and dedicated personality * Outstanding communication skills * Fluent in English, a second language is beneficial We offer * A renowned, international company, continually expanding, offering a stable workplace with great career opportunities * A diverse, international and dynamic work environment * Support for continuous professional development * Excellent pay and a great and comprehensive benefits package * Prospect of performance-based compensation * Cafeteria on site, free of charge Do you want to join a highly motivated, diverse team and develop within an internationally renowned company?
