will be responsible for all aspects of electronic manufacturing material
handling activities along with operating Electronic Manufacturing
Equipment. Note: Assembly Support individuals will float and support
actual assembly and/or preparation activities as required. Standard
Skills * Stock material in correct storage locations. * Utilize
production schedules to initiate shop order pulls. * Assist with
prioritization and making decisions based upon the schedule and
communication with internal customers. * Utilize handheld scanners to
transfer material in QAD. * Physically issue material to the production
floor by filling pull requests and/ or replenishment requests (Ability
to lift 30lbs independently). * Ensure inventory accuracy during all
transactions. * Ensure FIFO is followed during stocking and pulling of
material. * Complete cycle counts required for the area. * Pursue
continuous process improvements. * Supports and adheres to our safety,
quality and 5S policies to ensure sustainability * ERP knowledge. * BOM
and routing knowledge. * Electronics component and production knowledge.

policies * GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) JOB REQUIREMENTS: Material
Handler * Receipt of materials * Investigates discrepancies on receipt
quantities, missing certifications, packing lists, correct Dura labeling
etc., contacts and works with vendor toward problem solution to meet
production requirements. * Communicates the status of parts planned,
purchased and expedited written or verbally to supervisor to keep
manager informed. * Incoming Inspection. * Inventory Control / MRP / RMA
(Return Material Authorization). * Assist with MRB (Material Review
Board) activities and processes. * Release / Deliver materials to
manufacturing based on schedule. * Count backs and re-stock of depleted
materials. * Facilitate completed manufacturing products to finished
goods. * Perform final inspection, packaging and shipping per schedule.
- Maintains and monitors chemical inventory/usage files using PC to
ensure inventory and usage levels meet Superfund Amendments and
Reauthorization Act (SARA) requirements. Machine Operator * Assist with
setting up and operating a variety of automatic or semi-automatic
machines used in the production of the company's product. (Printer, SMT,
Through Hole, AOI, Select Soldering, Test) * Ability to multi task in a
fast paced environment (operate multiple machines). * Works from process
sheets or written/verbal instructions. * Ability to Solder and perform
Touch Up and Repair activities. * Familiarity with electronic visual
inspection criteria. * Computer skills. * Investigative and problem
solving skills. * Must understand ESD handling requirements. STANDARD
QUALIFICATIONS: * Education: Associates Degree or equivalent *
Experience: Minimal 3 to 5 years of related experience. Additional
experience may be substituted for education and vice versa. PERSONAL
