Job Description

The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a unique three-year rotational program for entry-level professionals, designed to offer participants the opportunity to apply finance and accounting skills in various business areas. In addition, participants receive performance coaching, technical skill enhancement, and leadership development from experienced professionals. The FLDP strives to match the background, skills and interests of participants with current organizational needs.
FLDP participants are expected to complete three one-year rotations across a variety of the following areas:
Financial Planning and Analysis (Software & Control Business Units, Intelligent Devices Business Units, Lifecycle Services Business Units, orCorporate)
Accounting(Controllership/InternalAudit)
Participants perform in a full-time professional staff position in each rotational assignment. This structure is designed to provide participants with diversified exposure to the corporate and business structure of Rockwell Automation. Additionally, participants are encouraged to participate in and lead cross-functional projects, promoting high levels of responsibility, accountability and visibility within the organization. Participants in the FLDP assume immediate responsibility for critical functions and are identified as potential leaders of change within the organization.
The three-year rotation program includes assignments at Rockwell Automation facilities in Milwaukee, WI. Some rotations require up to 25% travel.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75
Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Cumulative GPA of 3.0
Previous internship experience
Degreein Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
