The Administrative Assistant is responsible for effectively coordinating all incoming calls, greeting visitors and ensuring that the front office runs in a smooth manner. This position is the "first impression" of our company and will
be providing excellent service to our clients, staff and public. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for effectively organizing, alphabetizing and filing documents. The Administrative Assistant will also help with general clean-up and organization of the office. The duties will vary daily and may include additional duties not listed here.
