The Entry Level Production Worker will be responsible for the operation of various mill production equipment, general housekeeping tasks, reading tape measures / gauges and other test equipment, following directions, ensuring quality and monitoring the process to produce quality products. This position is responsible for making equipment adjustments, cleaning the equipment/ facility, and performing other designated tasks in a safe and efficient manner in accordance to the standard operating procedures (SOP). They understand and align business operations and their assigned department as he/she executes their role to exceed customer expectations and align with GPI business, cultural, financial and operational objectives.

Schedules are up to 12-hour shifts on alternate days with rotating weekends off. However, employees must have the ability to work alternate schedules and overtime that may include early mornings, nights, and/or weekends and be punctual while doing so.
4 straight days of “day” shift (6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.) 7 days off
4 straight days of “night” shift (6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.) 3 days off
3 straight days of “day” shift (6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.) 1 day off
3 straight days of “night” shift (6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.) 3 days off
Employees will be required to change shifts and work off days if necessary.
Work overtime on a regular basis and with last minute notification
Work holidays and/or weekends on a regular basis
