    As the SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST with LIBERTY DIVERSIFIED INTERNATIONAL, you will lead the support and improvement of all business applications used by our corrugated packaging businesses. You will facilitate collaboration across all North American divisions, working with teams to implement and encourage usage of available features as well as custom components within the appropriate software applications.

    This full-time position reports directly to the BUSINESS SYSTEMS MANAGER and is located at LDI’s headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

    Required Skills

    IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

    • Work with business users and LDI’s IT team to understand business needs and to contribute to business system solutions
    • Develop options for various ways to address needs and make recommendations
    • Implement and test new modules, reports, interfaces and customizations
    • Communicate with end-users to support daily operations and answer questions
    • Assist with new implementations of additional divisions/sites
    • Assist with prioritization of enhancements and other projects
    • Manage vendor relationships and participate in the selection of peripheral applications
    • Manage competing and fluctuating business priorities
    • Lead discussions about process improvement
    • Lead solutions design sessions and create process flows
    • Maintain applications in compliance with IT technical and architecture standards
    • Perform application management and monitoring for all production and test environments
    • Maintain security for users at the application level
    • Perform preventative, scheduled and emergency application maintenance
    • Performs release upgrades and apply patches
    • Ensure all application-related issues are identified, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner
    • Develop, test and implement reports and customizations as required
    • Complete testing of application changes prior to promoting changes to production
    • Support Crystal Report maintenance and development
    • Work with users and vendors to spec out customizations per business needs
    • Perform data uploads and data exports from various areas

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or related field
    • 5+ years of experience working with business systems and business processes in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the corrugated industry
    • 2+ years of experience with standard reporting tools (Crystal Reports/SSRS Reports)
    • 2+ years of experience with end user support
    • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
    • Ability to interact with all team members as well as external partners
    • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
    • Ability to respond effectively and quickly to internal and external demands
    • Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
    • Strong communications skills and business acumen
    • Familiarity with Citrix and Windows Server environment
    • Experience with Imaginera ERP system
    • Experience with CTI (Corrugated Technologies Inc.) CorrPlan and/or CorrTrim software applications
