    Come join a growing Human Resource team! As a SR. HR TECHNOLOGY ANALYST you will lead activities involving LIBERTY DIVERSIFIED INTERNATIONAL’S HR technology systems and processes. The SR. HR Technology Analyst will lead the implementation of new HR Technology systems and fine tune the existing systems.  As a collaborative partner to a broad set of stakeholders- including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Total Rewards and Organizational Effectiveness; you will help define system and reporting needs, troubleshoot issues and create innovative, effective solutions.

    This position reports directly to the HR Operations Manager and is based out of the LIBERTY DIVERSIFIED INTERNATIONAL headquarters in New Hope, MN.

     

    Required Skills

    IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

    • Lead the evaluation, configuration and testing of new HR technology platforms
    • Partner with HR and appropriate stakeholders to define and refine procedures for HR processes that involve systems
    • Play key role in the implementation of new Technology platforms that require the use of HR data
    • Troubleshoot, analyze, detect, identify, and correct technical problems and deficiencies
    • Provide technical support on all HR technology platforms to centers of excellence, HR Community, and employees
    • Maintain data governance to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting
    • Automate, standardize, schedule, and publish key reports and analysis to help disseminate data and insights
    • Provide technical and functional support, including testing, for systems maintenance and releases, reports, interface, and security
    • Develop and maintain user procedures, guidelines, and HR systems process documentation
    • Maintain awareness of current trends in HR technology with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and application of key technologies
    • Provides improvement recommendations on HR technology processes and systems design
    • Build and maintain the HR Analytics discipline at LDI to bring people data to the forefront of business decisions
    • Lead the data uploading, system updates and electronic onboarding experience for Acquisitions

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources preferred
    • 5 years’ experience in HR Technology or related role; ADP Vantage or other ADP experience strongly preferred
    • Practical knowledge of HR systems and how they impact business practices
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio, etc.)
