The expected annual salary for this role is $80,000 (bachelor's degree) with a one-time $6,000 sign on bonus or $85,000 (master's degree) with a one-time $6,000 sign on bonus.

Position Overview

Be a part of the team responsible for ensuring our critical infrastructure such as data centers, businesses, and electric vehicle charging stations remain functional in the face of whatever power quality issues they face! This role is responsible for the development and maintenance of 3-phase power conversion and distribution products from initial proposal through end of support for the power conversion market. You will engage in large scale global platform engineering activities across the functions of electrical, mechanical, and embedded software engineering to develop Uninterruptible Power Supplies, Energy Storage products, EV Charging and associated Accessories.

In this role you will

• Develop innovative solutions in our Three Phase Energy Storage products utilizing Lithium Battery solutions.
• Support the development of power electronics and other electrical systems and subsystems that expand our market leader technology into emerging storage and critical power applications.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution, with graduation no later than August 2024.
• Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8
• Minimum of one internship/co-op experience or an equivalent of 3 months of electrical experience completed at the time of this application.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering from an accredited institution
• Electro-mechanical exposure
• Knowledge of high-power product design consideration
• Knowledge of three-phase power systems, power electronics, and power conversion topologies
