Electronics Engineering Intern
Duration: 12 weeks (August 31st - December 11th)
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana with occasional travel to the nearby facility in West Lafayette, IN.

Position summary:
The Electronic Engineering Intern role is intended to provide a broad experience of electronic hardware development, working on a selection of Military and Aerospace projects that contribute directly to the success of the business and its customers. Engineering interns work alongside electrical engineers and project management personnel to support new product development.
What you’ll be doing:
Electronic Engineers are responsible for the design, development and verification of a variety of embedded electronics products, which may include circuit design and development including analog, digital, mixed-signal design (ADCs/DACs), and power supply design for airworthy/certified electronic engine controller and monitoring systems.

Design, implement and test embedded electronic products
Perform and understand hardware integration and verification
Develop knowledge and experience of engineering tools and processes
Engage in the development and management of product requirements
Report verbally on progress and produce clear, concise written documentation

Qualifications/requirements:
Working toward a 4-year bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or other related discipline
Strong creative and problem-solving skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Minimum GPA: 3.0
Work authorization eligibility: To be considered, you must also be a U.S. Citizen.
