    WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

    Overview

    The Employee Experience Intern will focus on Change Management in support of our Region’s implementation of a new HRIS system (CHORUS). This role will help prepare employees—especially HR and People Managers—for the transition by assisting with training materials, surveys, documentation, timelines, service center resources, and communications and light data analysis. The intern will play a role in employee readiness and ensuring a smooth adoption across SGNA.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in developing training guides, quick-reference sheets, survey feedback loops and step-by-step instructions
    • Create and update Service Center documents, FAQs, and response scripts
    • Draft employee resource guides and help manage communication timelines
    • Support project coordination (meeting notes, action items, trackers, timelines)
    • Help prepare presentations and visuals for training or update meetings
    • Assist with testing preparation, documenting feedback, and identifying gaps
    • Analyze basic data from testing, feedback, or readiness trackers to identify trends and make recommendations
    • Assist with other employee experience projects as needed

     

    IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

    Required Qualifications

    • Pursuing a degree in HR, Communications, Business, Org Design, or related field
    • Interest in HR technology, change management, employee experience 
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AI).
    • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on findings.
    • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
