(c) preparing documents and written materials under direction of human resources staff. (d) accurately file records and information. Other duties may be assigned or requested. * Ability to maintain accurate, standardized electronic and paper filing systems. * Maintain confidential information, data, and files. * Excellent organizational and data entry skills. * Familiar with federal and state employment laws and regulations. * Assist with maintaining employee information in HRIS systems. * Assist with annual benefit enrollment. * Ability to report to work on days and times scheduled. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None COMPETENCIES: Must be able to communicate using written, oral and electronic means. Competent computer skills and ability to use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Must be able to compute rate, ratio and percent; with ability to develop and interpret graphs used for presentations or reports. Reasoning Ability: Ability to interpret a variety of instructions supplied in both written and verbal format. Ability to prioritize HR assignments/projects.
