    To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

    • Responsible for support tickets related to end points and related troubleshooting.
    • Responsible for review of both email and end point security logs and actions.
    • Responsible for systems software compliance based on audit results.
    • Assists with operating system maintenance including updates, patches, and configuration changes.
    • Responsible for endpoint security.
    • Maintains detailed log to resolve and/ or track progress and resolution of problems in area of expertise.
    • Participates in Change Management including change control and preparation meetings.
    • Assisting in driving team goals and initiatives.
    • May have I.T. budget responsibilities for applicable areas and develop continuous improvement initiatives to minimize expenditures and optimize resources utilization and deployment.
    • Will be required to be available for after-hour support for evenings and weekends. On-call is rotational.

    This full-time role is a part of our IT Team and reports to the Director of Infrastructure.

    Required experience:

    • Associate's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field preferred.
    • Minimum of one (1) years of experience in the IT support field.
    • Expertise in multiple disciplines in IT infrastructure:
      • Microsoft Windows 10 / 11
      • Android
      • End Point Security - Crowdstrike / Proofpoint.
    • Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
    • Ability to read and write in English and perform mathematical calculations.
    • Knowledge of O365, SCCM , InTune, Altiris.
    • Knowledge of physical security access and surveillance.
    • Monitoring tools such as Orion.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: BS degree or equivalent experience in engineering. 7 - 10+ years engineering experience working in a manufacturing environment. 5+ years of direct project management experience. Supervisory experience desired for future growth potential.

     

     

     

    LANGUAGE SKILLS: College level written and verbal English skills

    REASONING ABILITY: Advanced Root cause and abstract problem solving, visualization and quality tools

     

    COMPUTER SKILLS: Microsoft Office and project management software

     

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Lean, Six Sigma or project management certificates are desirable

     

    OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Strong planning, analytical, assertive, and personal interaction skills

     

     

     

    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: College level Geometry, Algebra, and Trigonometry

    This position involves office and factory exposure including occasional exposure to high levels of background noise.     PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Background in the battery industry is desirable.
    • Experience in lean or six sigma manufacturing methodologies would be a plus.
    • A working knowledge of electrical power and power distribution systems would be desirable.

    • Good communication skills at all levels in the business.
