Customer Service Representative Tracking Code 2015054 Job Description Customer Service Representative Garlock (an EnPro company) is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team in Wheat Ridge, CO. The Customer Service Representative will mainly be responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers and distributors by using in-depth knowledge of company products and programs. Additionally, the Customer Service Representative will communicate effectively with team members and comply with the company 5S standard and safety regulations. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative : Interact with customers, distributors and sales staff to determine requirements and needs in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 system requirements Ensure that quotes and orders are prepared in a timely manner and disseminate information to both internal and external parties and provides customers with status updates Have technical understanding and customer support dedicated to GPT products and services Build relationships with designated accounts and obtain customer feedback to focus on product and service improvements Work with Operations, Shipping, the Product Line Specialist, and Engineering to establish delivery times, and provide quality, shipping, and testing documentation to customers Responsible for preparing RMAs, credits, and generating customer complaint forms and escalating customer problems to appropriate personnel as needed Collect and report to management relevant information on customers, products, and applications, while making decisions and improvements based on tracking and analysis of data Required Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative: 3+ years of related experience in sales forces, customer service, procurement, engineering, or manufacturing Preferred Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative: Computer skills including understanding copy machines, Google applications, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Education of the Customer Service Representative: Bachelors degree Benefits Garlock offers significant career development opportunities as well as salary and benefits packages including health and life insurance, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, vacation, and paid time off.
