    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Works as a resource in training enrollment, orientation, and learner/certification tracking to support the growth of Eagle Fire Academy (EFA).

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Model and advocate for the vision, mission, and values of EFA and related training programs.
    • Communicate with potential learners and provide a detailed introduction to the EFA program, curriculum, and financial agreement.
    • Facilitate new learner enrollment, registration, orientation, course assignment, progress tracking, and exam preparation/scheduling per pathway curriculum.
    • Track learner progress and maintain relevant learner data systems, including collection/tracking of Team Member certifications company wide.
    • Provide internal customer service to enrolled learners and respond to inquiries/troubleshooting/administrative assistance timely and efficiently.
    • Responsible for meeting annual enrollment quota, assisting with data gathering and training reporting, and supporting EFA stakeholders to meet business and organizational objectives.
    • Performs other related duties as required.

    JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

    • Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently in order to actively listen, reflect, summarize, learner needs succinctly.
    • Must be able to develop fluency in EFA curriculum, the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET), manufacturer-specific training, and other training vendors such as Fire Tech Productions, Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI), and the American Fire Sprinkler Association (AFSA).
    • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including
    • comfort and confidence in leading, presenting to, and communicating with small groups virtually.
    • Must practice attention detail in collecting learner data and organizing database systems.
    • Must possess proficiency in LMS platforms, Microsoft 365, and familiarity with e-learning tools and technologies.
    • Must maintain a positive and professional demeanor, presenting friendliness and the ability to build relationships with ease.
    • Must exhibit characteristics consistent with encouraging Team concept.
    • Must maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
    • Must consistently adhere to Company’s Controlled Substances and Alcohol Standard.
    • Expected to work safely, by using good judgment and following all Company safety policies and work procedures with authority to stop an unsafe act.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Administration, or related field; AND
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in learning and development, education, and/or student affairs and academic services.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
    • Must be able to use a telephone, computer, & other office equipment.
