Set-up, maintain and upgrade Mac and PC laptops/desktops in an enterprise environment
print and maintains customers product labels on demand
Perform all Tier 1 level support, includes IT Help-desk front-end to maintaining and optimizing the backend infrastructure
Handle all functions of IT including Office and Remote employees, refurbishing old user equipment for new hires
Provide great customer service skills to all users
Qualifications
IT help-desk experience with the ability to multitask
Good communication (verbal/written) skills
Be passionate about IT technologies
Have good troubleshooting capability
experience with Networking, Active Directory, and IP-Phone systems
Must be able to work in a fast pace environment, a self-starter, and quick to adapt to the infrastructure
Compensation
$18 per hour
