• Set-up, maintain and upgrade Mac and PC laptops/desktops in an enterprise environment
• print and maintains customers product labels on demand
• Perform all Tier 1 level support, includes IT Help-desk front-end to maintaining and optimizing the backend infrastructure
• Handle all functions of IT including Office and Remote employees, refurbishing old user equipment for new hires
• Provide great customer service skills to all users

• IT help-desk experience with the ability to multitask
• Good communication (verbal/written) skills
• Be passionate about IT technologies
• Have good troubleshooting capability
• experience with Networking, Active Directory, and IP-Phone systems
• Must be able to work in a fast pace environment, a self-starter, and quick to adapt to the infrastructure
