    Experience : 0 Description : Payment Coordinator, Clinical Testing Brand: Este Lauder Companies Corporate Departments Description The Panelist Compensation Coordinator plays an important role in the Panelist Relations core processes. The position is responsible for management of the Greenphire payment account, accurate and timely processing of all panelists' electronic payments, and account reconciliation and requests for replenishment of funds. The position is also responsible for panelist 1099 verification and reporting processes. Additionally, this position supports all functions of the Panelist Relations group, including recruitment of qualified panelists for claims testing and CT database maintenance. Responsible for all processes relating to panelist compensation for all in-house testing. 80% * Accurately process all panelist electronic payments on a timely basis at the completion of all in-house studies via the Greenphire ClinCard web portal for Clinical, Research, Safety-in-Use, Expert Panel, and Consumer Insights studies relating to over $1 million annually. * Ensure accuracy of study payment assignment for proper budget allocation and finance reporting. * Reconcile daily payments in the Greenphire portal with the CTDB data to ensure accuracy. * Conduct forecasting of upcoming payouts to plan for timely fund replenishment. * Perform Greenphire Account reconciliation and prepare reports for fund replenishment to ensure fund balance is adequately maintained for on-time payouts. * Monitor payments placed "on hold" to support panelist compliance processes. * Maintain Greenphire database including registering all new panelists, input of all new studies, assigning payment milestones, assignment of users, and resolution of Clincard issues. * Assign ClinCard debit cards to new panelists and provide detailed use instructions. * Interface with Greenphire management for all Clincard procedures and issues. * Respond to panelist questions and resolve panelist issues regarding study payments. * Collect and File panelist W-9 forms, perform verification of 1099 data, and ensure secure filing of all panelist confidential files according to established processes. * Provide high quality customer service to all study participants and promote a high-touch culture. * Respond to requests from Supervisor as necessary. 2. Support all functions of the Panelist Relations group. 20% * Screen and recruit qualified panelists for in-house testing for all testing teams. * Collaborate with Clinical Investigators to review criteria and determine special needs. * Schedule testing time points for recurring panelists' visits, ensuring lab capacity is maintained for efficient testing process. * Adhere to Good Clinical Practices to support study integrity.

    • Maintain and update Clinical Testing database and RDS for all panelist information. Qualifications Associates Degree Position requires 2 years' experience in a similar role. Knowledge of clinical testing protocols and processes preferred. Must have excellent communications skills. Must have accurate and efficient data entry skills.
