BROAD DESCRIPTION OF POSITION The Associate Help Desk and Network Support role provides support to end users for computer hardware and desktop application issues. Identifies, researches and resolves technical problems of moderate complexity. Documents, tracks and monitors the problems using applicable systems and tools. Additionally, may coordinate with other teams or departments to resolve user problems. Provides research and recommendation for desktop hardware and printers.
