Overview FMC Corporate Information Technology is currently seeking a part-time IT Cyber-Security and Compliance Intern for 20 hours per week as part of its STEM program to join its IT Cyber-Security & Compliance team located in Philadelphia, PA. The IT Cyber-Security & Compliance Intern will work under the direction of the IT Compliance Manager, and will benefit from regular interaction with the FMC IT management team. The intern will have the opportunity to develop their skills and broaden their experiences while helping to improve the IT Compliance and Security environment. This will be achieved through helping support and improve processes and controls in the FMC IT organization. Responsibilities Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support internal and external audits through maintaining and updating the Document Request List and IT Compliance documentation repository including central IT Policies and Procedures Assist with the SOX, SOC1, GDPR and Incident Response program Coordinate and collect Control Owner responses to update the IT Control Book Support, research and update the quarterly IT Security Newsletter with current global security threats and security best practices Collect, perform data analysis and supporting IT Security Education and Awareness initiatives Coordinate periodic compliance related meetings including the preparation of meeting materials Utilize department specific systems and applications Take minute notes of discussion topics and action items at Compliance meetings Create documentation to assist in meeting our yearly compliance requirements Help create and document process to keep all documents up to date Manage competing priorities in an accurate and timely manner Attend meetings to learn about Compliance topics and projects Prepare and presenting on designated topics at staff meetings Special Projects as needed Required Education The successful candidate will currently be enrolled as a 3 rd or 4 th year university student in an accredited information technology program. Graduate level student preferred.
