Job Description

As a growth-oriented company, it is a strategic initiative of the Finance organization to develop interns, hire them into entry-level positions or our exciting RRD Finance Rotational Development Program upon graduation, and kick-start their career in RRD Finance.

Our Finance internship assignment is a 10 to 12-week summer program. The program is designed for rising college junior and seniors majoring in Finance or Accounting.

Our intern projects are crafted to give you real-world finance and accounting experiences and project responsibility in a large organization. In addition to being assigned to a manager and team, you will get additional opportunities to experience our corporate culture with exposure to finance leaders.

Intern assignments will be in one of the following finance functions:

• Treasury
• Internal Audit
• Business Unit Finance
• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Corporate Controller’s Group

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting
• Rising Junior or Senior status
• Cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher
• General understanding of accounting/finance principles and business fundamentals
• Strong Excel skills required
• Must be detail-oriented
• Eagerness and passion to learn with a high level of motivation and drive
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and team-working skills

Additional Information

The rate of pay for this role at the noted RRD location is $25 / hour. Typically, roles follow step
progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Eligibility to participate in RRD’s 401(k) with company match.
