Carrier Leadership Programs are designed to provide recent graduates the opportunity to join a leading global corporation with a world-class, diverse workforce. These programs build on your education and add experience in different functional rotations. Whether it is through seminars, various case studies, or mentoring and guidance from Carrier executives or program alumni, these programs are designed to stretch your capabilities and enhance your learning.

The Operations Leadership Program is designed to accelerate the development of high-potential, early career associates in Operations by providing comprehensive training and challenging assignments. Through three eight-month rotations across Carrier business units, the program gives participants exposure to Operations, Supply Management, Quality and Manufacturing functions.

• Strong commitment and interest in a career within Operations
• Proactive and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Capacity to lead, motivate and influence through effective communications
• Flexibility and mobility to travel/live anywhere in the U.S. and possibly abroad
• Candidates must be a current U.S. citizen or permanent resident
• Foreign language proficiency is a plus (not required)
