Summer Internship Finance McElhattan PA First Quality was founded in 1989 and, in nearly three decades, has grown to be a global privately held company with over 4,000 employees. First Quality is a diversified family of companies manufacturing consumer products ranging from Absorbent Hygiene (adult incontinence, feminine care, and baby care), Tissue (bath and towel), and Industrial (print and packaging materials, thermoformed plastics), serving institutional and retail markets throughout the world. First Quality focuses on private label and branded product lines. We are seeking talented, team-oriented, college students for our Summer 2019 Internship Program . This Finance Internship will allow a driven, hard-working and dedicated candidate to gain experience in the corporate finance department of a significant family-owned and growing group of manufacturing companies with exposure to the senior finance staff, but also to the companys plant finance organization and systems. We have one goal: getting you concrete experience. These are full-time, paid internship positions where you will work on real projects with real results. Potential Projects: Perform entry level financial analysis and modeling, including trend analysis on our manufacturing plant financial reports. Assist with the monthly financial reporting of the group. Build and maintain Excel worksheets as required to enhance our capabilities. Become familiar with basic tax function and provide assistance with preparation of tax returns for filing with authorities. Maintain tracking tools and research of competitive information. We also offer additional opportunities from social events and facility tours, to lunch and learns with company executives and other interns that allow you to network, and gain a broader understanding of First Quality and its functions. At the conclusion of the summer, all interns will present their achievements to leaders at their location. Requirements: Bachelors degree (or demonstrated progress toward a degree) in related field of study Minimum 3.0 GPA 0-3 years of experience, including academic projects Highly motivated, strong team player, with good ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as necessary Excellent verbal and written communication skills Authorization to work in the U.S. Open to relocate anywhere in the U.S. Equal Opportunity Employer
